Article 1 – Definitions

Norskk: the sole proprietorship or business offering products through the webshop www.norskk.nl.
Customer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into an agreement with Norskk.
Agreement: any agreement between Norskk and the customer regarding the purchase of products.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Norskk and to every agreement between Norskk and the customer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the customer.

Article 3 – Offer and Agreement

The products on the website constitute a non-binding offer.
The agreement is concluded at the moment of full payment by the customer and confirmation by Norskk via email.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
The order will only be shipped after the full payment has been received.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer.
Norskk aims to deliver within 1 to 5 business days, provided the product is in stock.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed, and a new delivery date may be agreed upon.
Delivery is handled by an external carrier. Delays caused by the carrier are outside Norskk’s responsibility.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.
During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.
The product may only be returned if it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After correct receipt of the return, Norskk will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.

Article 7 – Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or if the product has been altered or opened.
The customer must report any defects to Norskk within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

Article 8 – Liability

Norskk is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the delivered product.
In all cases, the liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Article 9 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email via info@norskk.nl.
Norskk aims to respond to complaints within 5 business days.
If the complaint is not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, the customer can contact the dispute resolution committee or use the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

Article 10 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to agreements between Norskk and the customer. Disputes should preferably be resolved through mutual agreement and, if necessary, submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
